This is a repair service for the Audio Control Module (ACM) found in 2009-2016 Lincoln and Mercury vehicles.
Our service features a fast 1-Day Turnaround and is backed by our LIFETIME WARRANTY.
The ACM, often called the radio, audio speaker receiver, or CD player, is responsible for controlling sound and source functions in your vehicle.

Replacing the ACM with a new unit is not always the best solution. Many replacement units use the same faulty components as the original. Our repair service addresses the underlying issues by replacing defective parts and upgrading key components to ensure reliable, long-term performance.

We offer a lifetime warranty for this radio. This warranty covers your AM / FM reception, any sound issues, and any power loss.
We do not cover any CD-related issues.
The warranty is not transferable if you decide to sell the car. (We keep track of our customers details and provide a Unique Warranty number)
This is a mail-in repair service only. We do not sell REPLACEMENT parts.
Please package your item securely to avoid damage during shipping. If it arrives
damaged, we will document the condition with photos and notify you immediately.
All repairs must be paid for in advance. If we receive a part
without a valid order number and confirmed payment, we are not responsible
for delays, loss, or failure to process the repair.
If the part shows signs of tampering or a previous failed repair attempt,
additional charges may apply depending on the condition.
In the rare event we are unable to repair your item (most repairs are successful),
we will contact you with options like: return the item + full refund, donate it for parts, or purchase
a replacement unit for an additional cost. We will go over all options and pricing
before moving forward.

"Sent ACM out of my 2011 f150 with flashing clock. Sent on 5/11/26 and got it back 5/18/26 and installed ant it works great. 5 stars for the repair however you have to be aware they are very busy and do not respond to emails or voicemails!"

"I sent in a radio for repair after hearing nothing 7 days after the company received the radio I contacted the company by phone and text and heard nothing for another three days called a second time and they said they were unable to repair it. They offered to try and get another radio and repair it I okayed then heard nothing for another week tried to contact company again by phone , text and email no response. I then disputed the charge with paypal after that I did receive a call I told them I wanted my radio back and my money returned . I did receive the radio back but nine days later have still not received my refund. The only way I am going to get my money back is with paypal taking it back from them. Do not trust this company or believe the 24 hour turnaround not going to happen!"
