This Ford ACM repair service includes a lifetime warranty. Coverage includes AM/FM reception issues, sound issues, and power loss. CD-related issues are not covered under this warranty. For the first 3 months after your repair is returned, we cover warranty shipping both ways. After 3 months, the customer covers shipping to us for warranty service. The warranty is non-transferable and is tracked by a unique warranty number assigned to your repair.
This is a mail-in repair service only. We do not sell REPLACEMENT parts.
Please package your item securely to avoid damage during shipping. If it arrives
damaged, we will document the condition with photos and notify you immediately.
All repairs must be paid for in advance. If we receive a part
without a valid order number and confirmed payment, we are not responsible
for delays, loss, or failure to process the repair.
If the part shows signs of tampering or a previous failed repair attempt,
additional charges may apply depending on the condition.
In the rare event we are unable to repair your item (most repairs are successful),
we will contact you with options like: return the item + full refund, donate it for parts, or purchase
a replacement unit for an additional cost. We will go over all options and pricing
before moving forward.
