This repair service addresses issues with the fuel pump relay in your 2003-2006 Ford Expedition’s CJB (SJB) Smart Junction Fuse Box. The fuel pump relay is a critical component, and when it fails, it can cause erratic fuel pump operation, stalling, and difficulty starting your vehicle.
What We Fix:
- Fuel Pump Relay Failure: We replace the faulty internal fuel pump relay, which is a common failure point in the CJB Smart Junction Fuse Box. This relay controls fuel pump operation, and when it malfunctions, it can cause your vehicle to stall or fail to start.
Why Repair is Better Than Replacement:
- Instead of replacing the entire fuse box, we replace the internal fuel pump relay with a brand-new, higher-quality relay that outperforms the OEM part. This repair is the more cost-effective and longer-lasting solution, all backed by our lifetime warranty.
Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty for this Fuse box. This warranty covers the work performed, specifically the replacement of the fuel pump relay.
For the first three months after we send your Fuse Box back, we'll cover the shipping costs both ways if there is a warranty issue. After three months, you'll need to cover the shipping cost to us.
The warranty is not transferable if you decide to sell the car. (We keep track of our customer's details and provide a Unique Warranty number)
