Every repair comes with a Lifetime Warranty (unless otherwise noted). Warranty is non-transferable and tied to your unique repair number.
Does not cover CD issues.
Covers only the specific radio originally repaired.
This is a mail-in repair service only. We do not sell REPLACEMENT parts.
Please package your item securely to avoid damage during shipping. If it arrives
damaged, we will document the condition with photos and notify you immediately.
All repairs must be paid for in advance. If we receive a part
without a valid order number and confirmed payment, we are not responsible
for delays, loss, or failure to process the repair.
If the part shows signs of tampering or a previous failed repair attempt,
additional charges may apply depending on the condition.
In the rare event we are unable to repair your item (most repairs are successful),
we will contact you with options like: return the item + full refund, donate it for parts, or purchase
a replacement unit for an additional cost. We will go over all options and pricing
before moving forward.
