Are you dealing with gauges that act up, cluster backlighting that goes out, or a Mack Granite CT713 instrument cluster that shuts off randomly while driving? These are common signs of a failing CT713 instrument gauge cluster.
Our Mack Granite CT713 instrument gauge cluster repair service restores your original unit and fixes these problems without expensive dealer replacement.
This is a mail-in repair service. You ship us your original Mack Granite CT713 gauge cluster, we professionally repair it, and ship it back to you.
We will repair the following issues
- Electronic gauge malfunctions
- Faulty backlighting that impacts visibility at night
- Intermittent power issues that can lead to sudden shutdowns of the cluster during operation
Why repair
Dealer replacement can be expensive and may require additional steps depending on the truck. Used clusters often come with unknown history and can fail again with the same issues. Our repair keeps your original Mack Granite CT713 instrument cluster, mileage, and configuration intact.
Warranty
We offer lifetime warranty for this cluster. This warranty covers your information displays, gauges, and any power loss.
As for the lights in your cluster, we cover those for one year since bulbs and LEDs don't last forever. If you need new lights after a year, we can do it for a small fee.
The warranty is not transferable if you decide to sell the car. (We keep track of our customers details and provide a Unique Warranty number)
This is a mail-in repair service only. We do not sell REPLACEMENT parts.
Please package your item securely to avoid damage during shipping. If it arrives
damaged, we will document the condition with photos and notify you immediately.
All repairs must be paid for in advance. If we receive a part
without a valid order number and confirmed payment, we are not responsible
for delays, loss, or failure to process the repair.
If the part shows signs of tampering or a previous failed repair attempt,
additional charges may apply depending on the condition.
In the rare event we are unable to repair your item (most repairs are successful),
we will contact you with options like: return the item + full refund, donate it for parts, or purchase
a replacement unit for an additional cost. We will go over all options and pricing
before moving forward.
If you experience any issues after the repair, please contact us right away.
We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
